New Tag feature shortkeys not working

Hi,

Be sure the Tag Panel has focus (blue border around the entire border).

Because Tag Button shortcuts can be loaded from shared templates, it's possible the keyboard shortcuts can conflict with existing application keyboard shortcuts. This is why the Tag Panel needs focus so that Prelude knows to honor those shortcuts and skip over the app ones.
