Does anybody know how to change the language settings, my version is only showing chinese characters and i don-t speak it?

Hi, I have downloaded Adobe Digital Editions and it is only showing chinese characters from the beginning. Does anybody know how to change the language settings. It is a computer originally from china, but it is running normally in english.
