ADE for some reason has stopped seeing my Readers. For good measure it cancelled my PC authorisation so now I can't read my paid for books. I have cancelled my PC authorisation and re-instated it so now I can open books on my PC but it still will not see my readers. I have spent a happy hour with "Customer Service" who admit they can do nothing technical.
I presume there will be no-one from Adobe here. Can any user help?
