How can I contact a customer/tech support person directly regarding payment issues and trouble-shooting tech issues not covered in forum? I'm getting charged twice as the account keeps taking me in circles with upgrading in order to continue using the account even though I've already selected to upgrade and made the payment. Also, I need to know if I can send out multiple forms that are individually partially pre-filled out to be completed by other users and then still aggregated at the same place as you would with sending out the single form to multiple people to fully complete and submit.
I cannot find how to address either of these in the existing forum and would like to speak to someone directly. I am with a federally-funded nonprofit, I cannot show erroneous charges even if it is only $1.05.
I can certainly help. I see that you have three FormsCentral Basic subscriptions. I can cancel the two placed most recently and process full refunds for each. Would you like me to go ahead and do that?
As for your second question--do I understand correctly that you want one recipient to fill out part of the form, and then forward it to another recipient to have it completed? Or do you want to pre-fill the form yourself before sending it to you recipients?
