    Light/vintage effect in photo

      Hi guys,

      Does anyone know how I get the light/vintage/3D effect in photos like in the hair, face and blouse in the following photo? (In the program Photoshop.)10429257_10152762797520956_969244979966112695_n.jpg

      I really like this photo and wondered how the designer pulled this off!
