    Deactivation of licenses


      The computer that I had CS6 and LR5 on crashed. There is no way I can uninstall them to release the licenses to be used on a new computer. I see where they say I must contact Support, however from what I see Support is only for those who have paid for the service. Undoubtedly, Adobe is big enough to give better support to their loyal customers who have spent many dollars over the years on their software. Am I missing a way to contact them, either by phone, email, or a website spot? Help. Bad enough to have to go through the hell of a computer crash without stressing over my photography software.
