A simple improvement to the basic Muse forms

Widget idea
When you set up a basic Muse form using the muse widgets library
it includes a message header which says something like
WEB FORM SUBMISSION.
You can see that in the script for the form usually in a file with a number for a name starting with Uxxxx.php

I would prefer to insert a custom message to help me identify which form the person used

by changing WEB FORM SUBMISSION to something useful to me

Yes it is easy to change by going into the php file if you remember
But why not add that to the options in the set up box?
