Hi there,
Currently I am not aware of an official Captivate or Add-ons Exchange directly from Adobe. We have worked with the Captivate team but it was felt that because Captivate is not a CC app it did not make sense within Add-ons. It is certainly worth asking he Captivate team via the Adobe Captivate forums however.

Would be great to see all the Adobe products listed in the exchange.
Especially if the users could contribute.
