switch colors icon missing

How do I get the switch colors icon back? It used to be there to switch between black and white in a layer mask, but recently it has disappeared. Using latest CC

I think you want to get color palette back. If so, go to Window > Color.

If you meant to switch from foreground to background color(or vice-versa), you can use "X" as the toggle key.

Thanks, Arpit, I meant the little curved arrow icon that I thought used to be next to the foreground and background colors on the colors panel. Clicking on it used to reverse them. X does the trick though, and looking around again, I see that the background and foreground colors and the arrow are now on the tools palette. Have they been moved or am I suffering from senile decay?

Yes, it's still there. If you don't see it, it may be time to reset Preferences.

Yup, I got which curved arrow icon you were specifying above. It is basically used to switch between the foreground and the background colors. "X" is a keyboard shortcut for doing the same.
