    Cannot convert/combine Word to PDF in Acrobat

      I have a user who cannot combine/convert Word files to PDF using Acrobat Pro XI. The core issue is Microsoft Office Word is missing as a 'Supported file type' when trying to select files combining or create new PDF from. I have reinstalled both Word and Acrobat, verified proper registry keys for .docx (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.docx) and .doc (HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.doc) in the registry, removed and added PDFMaker in Word. Any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
