I paid for extra storage space cause Revel said I was out of space (says 1.72 GB used so I dont understand why 28 more GB cant be used but thats another issuue) anyway, I purchased the extra gb for 1 mth only because I saw in the forum that many people paid for 1 year to Revel Premium and it still kept telling them they were out of space. Same thing is happening with me. And I want to buy the yearly Premium package so it costs me less because 5.99 a mth comes out to 72.00 a year vs.. 59.99 to pay up front for the year. In any event I am glad I didnt pay the 59. yet because the problem still exists. However, once you purchase it, your supposed to get unlimited space. I need to have this issue fixed so the program can resume uploading pictures to my computer. Please help me ASAP. All I seem to be doing is corresponding and getting nothing accomplished.
Btw, on the Revel forums, so many people write in and are saying they never get any response from Adobe. I think its strange that there is no phone support and I have been trying for mths to get help with my PS Elements & Premiere Elements programs, but to no avail. Maybe you can reach out so to someone you know in that area, so I can get some support with these programs. The program freezes up all the time, doesnt follow my commands and sometimes just doesnt work. I paid Adobe $130 for the 2 programs, version 13, and had just paid Best Buy $110, of version 12, because the sales rep told me 13 wasnt out. So I have spent over $240 on adobe products, and cant get anyone on the phone, let alone someone to help me online. This is ridiculous and I am regretting getting involved with Adobe at all!
I will be waiting for an answer in regard to the Revel Premium upgrade and hopefully some help with the other issues.

First, regarding your PSE issues, I will get someone from the Elements team to help you out.
Now, regarding your subscription and not being able to upload. I am going to have someone take a look at your account to see if there is something on the server-side that is blocking your uploads. If we can rule that out then we'll go to the next step.

We have checked and you are certainly not out of space on server. I think - and I have also consulted with others - that this is an issue with cache on your phone, based on previous discussion. What you may want to try is clearing the cache as we had discussed in the other post, but you may also want to sign out of Revel, uninstall Revel, then reinstall Revel. That may help clear things up.

It said "up to date" but it isnt. because it still has 80 pics showing and I have taken like 20 more in the last week. I know it says 1.74 GB, but that still leaves rm for a few pics and it wont even sync 1 more. I was going to uninstall the app on my phone and then reinstall, but didnt know if I should cause it says all my photos on other devices will be lost and I dont know if that includes Adobe programs like PS or just the Revel library on the computer. Actually, that's a good question just to have the answer to, for future anyway, cause I am always afraid to delete anything from Revel. I would imagine its only talking about Revel pics, because how can it know about my computer picture programs? Unless Adobe has all its programs sort of linked in some way. So please let me know if I can do that, and if thats a good idea.
While you have someone checking the uploading they should also check the syncing issue and why the program seems to have "halted" for lack of a better word. Its just been the same pics on both computer and phone for a while now. and on the phone, when I go into the video section, it shows 1, but I actually have 11 that uploaded on the computer in Revel. Once they find out whats happening, not only for me, but so many other customers, we need to find out why, after buying Revel Premium with unlimited space, does it not change over or register that the customer has upgraded and now has more available storage. You must admit that its kind of strange to buy more space and it says you now have unlimited storage, and then when you try to sync it gives a msg saying you need to upgrade to premium for more storage. Something is really messed up.

When (approx date) did you purchased PSE12?

This is not supposed to happen. When you upload to Revel (using any client be it Revel app, adoberevel.com or PSE), your images are saved onto a server/cloud. Revel app just provides a way to access/upload/organizer the media. So when you uninstall either Revel app or PSE, there should not be any impact on media stored on Revel (best way to verify is to check your images on adoberevel.com).

Some queries here:
1. Which version of PSE are using? Is it PSE12 (or PSE12.1). If so, can you please convert your catalog to PSE13 and use it instead for uploading to Revel.
2. What is your OS details?
3. Are you shown any orange icon in left panel adjacent to 'Mobile albums' tab. If so, it means there is something wrong. To know that, click the orange icon and you will see a dialog showing error. Please attach a snapshot of it.
Above were some issues related to PSE which I was able to figure out from your post. Please let me know if you have any other issues related to PSE.
For issues related to Revel, Glenyse is taking care of it.

Tine312 Nov 11, 2014 9:09 AM (in response to Glenyse H)Yes thats fine to uninstall and reinstall but I still have to buy more space in order to have 600 pictures uploaded to the Revel on my computer. And I told you that there are too many people on forum that have paid for the annual subscription only to discover that it didnt work and Revel is still saying they need to upgrade, after the fact. And to test it out, I only paid for a 1 mth subscription, and after it said you are upgraded and everything looked like it worked, when I tried to sync the rest of my photos, even to upload manually, it said "you are out of space and need to upgrade to Revel Premium. Its like going around in circles. You buy it, it looks like it works, then it tells you you are out of space and need to upgrade. I do not want to put the $59.99 on my CC only to find out that I dont really have the extra space and when I called to have a rep from Adobe do the subscription for me, they said Revel Premium is only an online service. So any suggestions on this issue?

I need instructions on how to start fresh, to make it like a new account and then resync everything. Can you tell me how to do that, as well as on my PC? Also when you say I'm not out of space on the server, is that because it shows I have the premium? and I forgot to confirm this, but with premium, isnt it unlimited space?

The date was sometime in July from Best Buy for version 12 and I think it was Aug when I bought Version 13. I originally purchased version 12 from Best Buy cause the sales agent said 13 wasnt available. I wanted the disk version so I bought version 12. A few weeks later, I called Adobe and they told me version 13 was available, so I bought version 13 from Adobe and downloaded it. I have been having problems with PSE, and havent really used Premiere that much yet. But I thought Revel ran on its on, and didnt havve to do with PSE. So please clarify that for me.
I am running Windows 8.1 and I am not sure about the orange icon because I know longer see the word "mobile" anymore on the left hand margin. You are talking about my computer and not the iphone correct? I used to see the word mobile under "library" but no more. I have also been in contact with another person helping me to figure out what is going on and if you read my email, you understand that I am trying to figure out why, after I purchased the Revel Premium (I only purchased 1 mth for now, because I read on the forum that many people who purchased the annual version, after paying for it, are still getting a message saying "need to upgrade to premium for more space." I am glad I only paid $5.99 for 1 mth, because I got the same message. From what I understand, once you upgrade to premium, you are supposed to get unlimited space. Is that correct?
I also deleted the Revel app from my iphone this morning, (Glensye is the person I have been dealing with at Revel-he or she said to do this) and after I deleted it, I re-downloaded it, but all that did was give me my same library pictures. It didnt do what we thought, which would be to make it like a brand new account and start from scratch. Then I could download my pictures as brand new. But they are already stored under my name.
One other thing. I was on my iphone, under Revel library, and I named it Tine's Photos, and then I hit add, it gave me the option of 3 albums, which I dont remember naming 2 of them, one is family, the other is All photos and the other is Italy trip. The Italy one only has 4 pics, but on my camera roll it has over 200. In my camera roll, I dont have one called family, but the one in Revel named family had 289 pics which I added to the library. And the last one, All photos has 63, which are already the ones I see on my computer. I dont know if there is a glitch in the program or not, but if I recall correctly, when I first installed the Revel app, I was able to pick the pics I wanted from my camera roll. I asked Glensye how to uninstall the app completely and then re-install it, as I said in the paragraph above this, but now that I am looking at the albums, nothing is making sense. If there is a way to start fresh, like I am doing this Revel app for the first time, that would probably be the best bet. I also have a question. Is the Revel site on the computer, just an extension of the app from my iphone? In other words, it isnt something I can unistall, right? I looked in my programs and it wasnt listed. I think this Revel thing has gotten a little messed up and would really like to have a program or app that will upload my photos and videos to my computer instead of doing it manually with itunes. I thought Revel would be automatic and each time I opened the library on the computer, it would have any new pics I took on my iphone uploaded, but that isnt happening, which is why I think something is corrupt.
Please help, as all of these issues are taking way too much time. awaiting your reply.

Cause someone else also wrote me and asked some questions which I answered but told them I am already working with you. So many more things are going wrong. I went on my iphone, and I said "add" and picked from 1 of 3 albums. (btw I never created or named these albums, although I do have one album on my camera roll with a similar name) in any event, after saying add, it said adding 289 pictures, when it was done, it said it was syncing. When I looked on the computer, it went from 80 pics to 94, and that is a huge difference from 289 pics. And it is giving me an error message saying some images did not finish or were unable to download or upload (I forgot what the exact wording was) but the error messasge was something like 0x8007xx (I dont rem the last 2 xx numbers and that isnt the exact number but its close) HELP! I keep getting so many errors, and did what you said by deleting the app on my phone and then re-downloading it. But as I told the other guy and maybe told you, all that did was re-open my library pics after opening the app again. We need to figure out a way to start like its the first time, so that it can work properly. Apparently though, its no longer blocking me with a space issue. Oh, unless that is why it only uploaded 94 to the computer, maybe there isnt enough space? No wait, by purchasing premium, I am supposed to have unlimited space. Ok, too confusing. I need some real help and possibly a psychiatrist! LOL please let me know when you can get in touch. and not by email.. thanks

You have a lot happening so let's just take one small step at a time. For the moment let's put aside PSE and Win8. Let's just deal with the iPhone issue. We can get back to everything else after we get the phone going.
There's a couple things I need you to tell me:
First, I need to know how much free space is left on your phone? To find that out...
1. Go to Settings on your phone
2. Select General>About
3. Scroll down and you'll see Capacity (that's the total amount of space on your phone) and Available (that's the free space left on your phone). Please let me know both of those.
Secondly, I need to know about how many images are on your phone that you want to upload to the Revel cloud?
