    Incorrect charge for Creative Cloud Membership

      Hi Adobe Team,

       

      I think there was double charge to my boss credit card for the membership. First time when I registered , I shown like the process was incomplete. Then all the information was gone and became blank page. So I did enter the second time for all information. However, there became 2 charges happened to the credit card.

       

      How can I cancel one of them?  I was try to call the contact center but no one pick up.
