Wow, those are some huge palettes! What kind of work are you doing, out of curiosity?
Current functionality in kuler is only 5 swatches per palette. Can you clarify what "names" you are referring to for each swatch--other color space values? Our colors don't have names, per se.
Thanks for your reply,
I'm doing catalog work. Our swatches are created from a number of different fabrics, pastels, denims, heathers and so on.
We give the swatches names like, antique coral, admiral blue, aster purple. When I created my theme in Kuler I thought I was able to name each swatch, but I see now that the " Tags" area is for listing words that are associated with your color scheme. My original idea was to be able to create palettes ( quickly ) independent of CS, and distribute them to our other divisions.
Hi, that sounds like interesting work! I'll get in touch via private message to learn a little more.
Are there any plans to expand beyond the 5 swatches? Very simple question, all I am asking for is a simple answer, yes or no. If yes, can we at least expand to 10 swatches? If yes, when?
We are always looking for ways to improve kuler. Let's talk a little more next week.
If you don't mind me asking, why 10? What's your ideal number?
