I've been building a reference image for my school. We are using 32-bit Windows 8.1 Enterprise and IE 11 has Flash built in. My issue is once I run a Sysprep on this reference image and capture it to a WIM file, the computers that are deployed with the reference image and the reference computer itself Flash no longer works. When testing Flash in IE after deployment; the error "Either Flash Player is disabled or ActiveX Filter is ON." neither of which is true. The Flash plugin is enabled and ActiveX Filter is off. So I'm trying to figure out and maybe someone here has seen this and has a fix for it.
