    Video slicer or video splitter

      Hi

      I want to slice a video and merge and save into desktop(video will be load from server).

      For Example I have 1.25 Min video, i want to split 6 sec to 8 see and 15 see to 40 see. And merge both videos as a single video. For this we have any api in flash or any other approach.
