how to create energy bar with flash pro?

Hi,

how to create an energy bar like what you see in facebook flash games, that increase with time "like every minute add 1 energy" and reduce by playing a part or entering a battle or just doing an action?

You can just use a rectangular moviweclip/sprite and use Actionscript to control its width (or height), where the amount of energy is proportional to the width (or height) value. You can also pair it up with a textfield that you use to display the actual energy value as it changes.
