    reload onto a new drive

      how do you reload creative suite3 on a new hard drive when the old hard drive failed and is no longer accessible?

          Unless you have a disk image backup for restoration to the new disk drive, you need to reinstall the software from the installation media itself and reactivate with the serial number you used when first installing the software.
