Yeah, I would think so. Are there any things to check? For example, it's not an issue of an additional layer being used.

I will post the portion of the file that is affected if that helps. So, the IDML shows graphics that are not visible in the IDD. What's going on?

On the .indd file on the layers panel, at the bottom there's a group. If you select it (click on the small square) and then Object/Ungroup, you'll see what it shows on the .idml file. They are just hidden on the .indd file.

Wow. Thank you! Okay, done. But, that group was set to be visible in the layers panel.
So, what feature was this? In other words, why would an author use this approach and how is it done? For example, let's say I want to hide a group in the future without turning off the eye icon. How is it achieved?

Dang, because I am wondering what else might be done this way in this document. If anyone has an idea how this can be achieved, please post. I mean, it feels like a bug, but I need to be able to replicate it so I can anticipate it. Thanks!
