    I need to cancel my old creative cloud account cuz I ve got a new one.

      Hi there,

      I signed up for the creative cloud about 3 months ago. While I was on a vacation my credit card didn't work on the account. I've  tried to change my payment option but it also didn't work. I opened up a new account with a new credit card. I still didn't pay my old card so my first account is not able to collect the payment. How can I cancel my old account without any penalty?
