    sahtrehds

I am understanding from the translation that you are working with Premiere Elements 12 on Windows 7 64 bit and trying to capture DV or HDV data, assumed from a miniDV camcorder. Is that correct?

If that is correct, are you using a firewire cable? Since you say "We use the IEEE connection", I assume that you are.

Please try to capture firewire into Movie Maker to evaluate how the firewire cable/computer firewire port is working. Can you do a

successful DV data capture firewire into Movie Maker? Can you do a successful HDV data capture firewire into HDVSplit?

If we look at this in another way, are you really asking how to get rid of tape noises that you hear when you play back the captured

video when it is in Premiere Elements? If that the case, you could try to minimize the noise with the free audio editor named Audacity

or try to apply one of the Premiere Elements audio effects, like DeNoiser (Windows Only).

Please review and consider, and then let us know if we have interpreted your questions correctly.

          Thank you.
