How Do I Open A Photoshop Animation in InDesign?

Hi guys -
I made some animations in Photoshop, and I'd like to open them in InDesign so I can put them into the Folio Producer. I am making a digital publication, and must use Folio Producer, but don't know how to import my animations to it. I don't know if this is making any sense, but if someone could offer the least bit of help, I'd be extremely grateful. Thanks!

Your options are either to export to a movieclip (like mp4), or as an image sequence. Choose File > Export > Render Video
