I have a Mac Air since 2012. Recently I get the message that I have to install/download the new Adobe Flash.
When I try this a get the sreen with name and password.
For some reason the combination doesn't work anymore.
I have signed in for a new name and password. But still it does not work?
How can I come in contact with a helpdesk?
Or what do a wrong?
I am unable to view many pics or videos as of this weekend, so I too attempted to install /download the new Adobe Flash. I have a MacBookPro.
I also get to the screen with my name and it asks for a password. Nothing works! I cannot find a way to call a help desk or get an online chat going....HELP!
