Flash tutorials are usually easiest to find using Google. For the search terms specify "Flash" and the key terms and include the word "tutorial" as well

I have never heard of the "promo gallery" component. If it is a component that installs with Flash it is new information for me. If it is something that someone else created then you are likely on your own to find a tutorial about using it. Where did you find this component? If it is not native to Flash, have you tried contacting the person who created it or read thru the site that made it available to you?
