Client cannot open link.

Hi,

I have a client who cannot open the link from Send on his computers at home. He can open them on his phone but not his PC or his Mac. Any suggestions?

I'm sorry that your client is having trouble with the links. Can you tell us more:
Are you able to open the links, yourself?
What, exactly, happens when he attempts to open them? Screenshots would be helpful.

Yes I am able to open them myself .
The client says it just comes up a blank screen.

Would you mind sharing one of those links with me? I'll contact you via Private Message.
I suspect that his (her?) home network is somehow blocking access to our servers.
One other question: What operating system and browser is your client using? Does your client have another computer that s/he can try it from?
