Nope. The reason: almost every keying job you do has a different set of conditions that need tweaking for optimal results. Now, if you have a bunch of shots, all shot at the same time under the same lighting conditions and iris settings, you can probably get away with tweaking one of them, then creating your own custom presets.
The Key Cleaner and Advanced Spill Suppressor effects don't exist at all in After Effects CS6 (11.0). They were added in After Effects CC 2014 (13.0).
