When i duplicate a form the responses are collected from the prior form as well.  I try to delete the prior responses and they are still there?

I use the duplicate for the form design.  I have a monthly meeting and want to reuse the same form.  When people respond the previous contact are there too.  I want a clean registration form.  I can go through and delete and delete and delete.

What is the problem?
