    [CC2014 win] Runtime Error R6025

    grg79

      InDesign CC2014 win8 x64.

      The script create a book, several document linked, repaginate the book, update cross-reference and export the book in PDF format.

      G_Libro = app.open(File(G_pathLibro))

      G_Libro.repaginate()

      G_Libro.updateAllCrossReferences()

      G_Libro.save()

      G_Libro.exportFile(ExportFormat.PDF_TYPE, File(nomePdf), false, app.pdfExportPresets.item(5))

      If I launch the script from scrips panel it works.

      If I launch the script from menu or from a startup scripts it create a error:

      Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

      Runtime Error!

      Program: C:\…\InDesign.exe

      R6025

      - pure virtual function call

      I need to launch the script automatically at the startup of ID….

      I have tried:

      - startup script (with doScript)

      - personalized menu

      - reset the preferences

      - font correct

      Can you help me?

          More information….

          An InDesign Book, quite big and with lot of files, is open via script, and than closed.

          After some rows, the script is checking the presence of books, and the closed book still appears as open and available.

          At that time, trying to close again the book (always via script) makes InDesign crashing.

          Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

          Runtime Error!

          Program: C:\…\InDesign.exe

          R6025

          - pure virtual function call

          The fact is that probably closing the book needs a while, and the second instruction makes it crashing.

          Another strange thing is that this happens only if the script is launched at the startup or from the menu via a "doscript", if the script is launched manually from the panel, the error doesn't appear.
