Sure!
Captivate allows assigning audio to almost anything. So I would just insert an object and assign the audio to the object. If you don't want the object to be seen, consider a click box with no action assigned and no pause.

Hello again
Normally the audio will begin to play the moment the object becomes "visible". Look at the image below. It's a Captivate timeline with a Click Box object. The Click Box becomes "visible" at three seconds. So the audio clip would begin to play at three seconds.

I was looking something like audio in adobe flash to adjust timeline with the audio time.
but i think there is no way and we have to use audio in other objects and we can't see the time of audio in the timeline.

Yep, even though Adobe has both Flash and Captivate and both are capable of creating Flash output, they indeed are two completely different applications and behave in different ways!
