Opening multiple .cp projects

Hello, We are wondering if it's possible to open more than 1 Captivate project at the same time? (Similar to opening 2+ Excel files and being able to toggle between the windows.)
One person on my team tried to open a second project and Captivate automatically closed the first project she had open.
[The reason we'd like to have 2 projects open at once is to be able to copy captions/text from one project to another when we're referencing similar steps in a process to remain consistent throughout our projects.]

Hi Mandy

Sure is. But not within the same instance of Captivate. You simply start Captivate a second time and open the desired project.
