I AM UNABLE TO USE MY ADOBE SEND FEATURE. I RESUBSCRIBED BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY OPTION GIVEN. MY CREDIT CARD INFO WAS DISPLAYED. BUT I M STILL UNABLE TO USE THE FEATURE. I DO NOT THINK IT IS TIME FOR RENEWAL OF SERVICE.

Can you tell us what's happening when you attempt to use it?
Are you trying to use it from with Adobe Reader, or from a web browser (at https://cloud.acrobat.com/send)? Or from the Outlook Plugin?
