    Best solution to display an external PDF in/from an Android viewer?

      From previous understanding, linking to PDF files in the HTMLResources.zip file is not supported on Android - is it still the case?

       

      As a work-around before v31/v32, we hosted the PDF files on the server, and put links into the article. When the users clicks on the link, it boots external browser and downloads the PDF file so that the user can view it with a supported app,

      However, from the latest (v32.2) release, native Android viewers seem to open every weblink in an in-app browser, and suddenly our ways of downloading the PDFs do not work anymore (during our testing within content viewer).

       

      What is the best solution to display an external PDF file within a native Android viewer in this case?
