You need the serial number (or possibly the account number) that should have been provided as a result of the redemption process. If you do not have it, and cabnnot find it thru your account information online, then you will need to either contact Adone support directly or the establishment that sold you the software.
If you have redeemed the code once it is not necessary to redeem it again to use.
You can directly download Creative Cloud desktop and install other products from there
You can downlaod Creative Cloud desktop from below link
Once it installed, Sign in with the email address which you have used to redeem the code
The click on install or update an application.
