I do not know my administration password how do I find this out?

when I go to download the flash player it asks for my password, which is different to the password to log into Adobe website. I'm not even sure that the username is correct. How can i check this?

Ask the person who installed your operating system.

There are also ways to retrieve the admin password; search Google.
