What changed on your system since the last time it launched successfully? Have you tried a reboot?
Nothing has changed, and yes, I have rebooted a couple of times with no luck.
Have you tried System Restore, or booting to a different user account?
What it is saying in Windows Event Viewer log?

I was able to uninstall again and get it to work.
