Simple file setup question.

The photo I attached here is a flip chart I am designing. I am wondering how you all would set it up. I am thinking single pages is the only way to do it.

Is there some way I could set it up and allow for bleed on both pages so I could see them side by side while designing as you see in the photo that they will be displayed? I have just never done a project quite like this and just want to be sure to set it up the best most professional user friendly way.

You were offered two solutions there. While the first is fast and easy, the second allows you to have what you need, I guess: side-by-side pages (looking like 'facing') with adjustable space for bleed in between.
