What did they tell you was the wait time? The last time iI used the system, admittedly a year or so ago, they said wait time was 45 minutes and they called back in about 40.

They told me they would call me in 7 to fifteen minutes. They called me after 20 (which wasn't a big deal). The big deal was that i still had to wait another 20+ minutes after they called me! That doesn't make any sense to me. A few minutes, yes....twenty? That's just silly.
