1. Re: What I’m trying to do is open the tool bar to find things like the clone tool, lasso tool ect. Photo shop elements the tool bar comes down the side and you can click on the different tool to work with.

Try going to the Windows menu and make sure that Tools is checked.

Alfred_B Nov 8, 2014 12:08 PM (in response to Little_Pale_Face)This works for me also. On the menu bar at the top of the screen (in Expert Mode), choose Windows and make sure Tools is checked.
