I would like to customize the online form HTML link. How do I do that?

Forms central provides the option to distribute the form online with an automatically generated URL. Is there a way I can customize the url?

You cannot customise the url - all is hosted at Adobe and that is the fixed location. The way I get around this is to embed the form (html code) in a page of my own. The user is not really aware they are filling in a form located elsewhere.
