Some mobile albums won't sync to Revel from PSE12

I've set up Revel fine - and have shared two mobile albums from PSE12 without difficulty. These show up on my iPad and I've also shared these with my wife's iPad. So far so excellent!

This morning I added another mobile album on PSE12, which my wife wants to see on her iPad. It won't sync! I can't see that I've done anything different from the other two albums.

I've troubleshot as much as I can, and have found the following:

- the Revel agent on my PC is running, and thinks it's up to date

- I'm well within my 2Gb data limit, at 1.3Gb

- the album name has synched to Revel web, but the photos themselves haven't

- nothing at all for the new album appears on the iPads

I've been patient and have now waited for two hours - still nothing further.Do I need to wait another couple of days? Last time when I synched the .13Gb albums (the first two) the whole show was over within an hour and I saw the photos appear as they synched. This time all is quiet.

Anyone got any ideas?

Hi AndyGK,
Some queries here:
- Are you using PSE12 or have you updated to PSE12.1? If not, please do it.
- Which platform are you using?
- Try uploading a new asset from Organizer and see if it uploads. If so, try the same with a mobile album having a single image in it.
Please let me know the results.

In answer to your questions:
- I'm already using PSE12.1
- the PC is on Win7 Home Premium 64-bit, fully patched
- the mobile album I'm struggling with was a newly acquired set of assets, imported the same day from two different sources
- I've just loaded a newly-imported single JPG into a new mobile album and tried to synch that. No joy! This time I created the album direct in Mobile Albums, rather than creating it in Local Albums and then dragging it down to Mobile Albums. Didn't make a difference. Again - I can see the new album in the web interface, but there's no photo in there. Nothing (even the empty album) shows on the iPad. The Revel Agent thinks it's happy - it regularly does a "Detecting Changes" and then tells me "Your Revel account is up to date". I've only one catalogue.
