If you are trying to contact BC support team,

Log in to the admin of your site by entering your site address followed by /Admin.

Example: www.mysite.com/admin

Enter your email address and password, and then click Login.

From the menu on the upper right side of the screen, select Help & Support.

Do one of the following:

Select Start a Live chat from the left panel to speak to a support team member during hours of availability.

Select Submit a case from the left panel.
