    Accidental double install

      I installed creative cloud on my new i-mac at home, which happened to be faul and was replaced by a new one. I uninstalled everything on the computer which I returned to Apple and installed Creative Cloud again on the replaced machine. Apparently the licence is still in use on the returned machine as on my new machine I receive the following message: Unable to sign in on this computer or device. This Adobe ID xxxx has already been used to activate the software on two other computers or devices. By the way, I have another licence running on a mac at my work. Help would be appreciated!
