    My creative cloud plan (cloud for photographers) disappeared from my account but monthly fee is still active

      Here's the issue.


      I bought Creative Cloud plan for photographers: Photoshop+Lightroom.


      Since that I got monthly fees about $10 and pay them.

      But in my account on adobe I don't see this plan, I can't unsubscribe or change credit card payment information.  And your support system does not have this case to solve.

      What should I do now? I'd like to have this plan in my account to understand what I'm paying for.
