Not able to download updates...anytime I download updates the answer is "there was an error....try later"

1) I did not try again today, I will do it again on monday.

2) The programs I have are "Adobe photoshop elements 9 " and "Adobe premiere elements 9".

    I had to format my C disk due to a virus and I reinstalled  the two programs fro  the original DVD and,

    of course, they need an update !

3) Yes, I did.

4) I am in Italy and I am Italian.

that the figures above are enough . If not, let me know how to gather the

required data.

Moreover:  I have the same problem (Not able to download updates...) with

my Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 Version 9.0.0 (9.0 (20100929.m.9165).

Do you have any suggestion ?

For this program I have a lot of more data....too many to be copied

here....If you need them i have to send you an attachment.

Dear A.T. Romano,

following your instructions I did not find any Plugin in my help

window....anyway I downloaded and installed the program you mentioned and

it was OK.

Another question: I tried to update the Help of my Adobe Premiere Elements

9 but the download gave me error 16822 !    Any suggestion ?

I still did not have any suggestion with regard to Adobe Photoshop 9 (My

version is 9.0 (20100929.m.9165).

I am now OK with the 9.0.1 version of the two programs but I still have

problems with the help....

Any time I try to open the help of each program it says that there is an

update but after the download it  always shows "There was a problem....try

later".

The version of my help is 3.2.1.650 and the updated version is 3.5.0.

Anyway, the help update should not be as important as the program itself

update.

If you agree we can close this didcussion.
