I have been receiving the Adobe run around. It is impossible to reach a human about the defective disk that lacks setup.exe. Does Adobe just take money and not have any technical support at all? Adobe automated system referred me to this forum. However, I don't see how forum can supply me with a workable installation disk. I just bought product from Amazon and paid for next day delivery of disk but have disk with no setup.exe.

Are you 100% sure you are putting the Windows disc in your drive, and not the Mac disc? (I think the boxed product has both)
I don't have the link handy, but I also think you may download the demo and use your serial number to activate
Serial number and activation chat support (non-CC) may help
