This might be an issue with graphic card.
I would suggest you try below step once.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2014
The rename sniffer file to snifferold.
Try to launch Photoshop CC 2014
If that is not working contact product exports for Photoshop to get this issue resolved.
I've got the same problem, Photoshop shuts down after a minute.
This started when I upgraded Photoshop this autumn to 2014.2.1.
If I go back and install the 2014.0.0 it works fine again...
But I want the latest to work!

Check the detailed crash report from the system event viewer.
And update your video card driver from the GPU maker's website (because bugs in outdated drivers are causing most of the crashes).

Actually, now you aren't testing your driver for compatibility problems.
Updating your video card driver is still the best solution.
