You shouldn't have been able to move it into a Meeting folder. The recording is created in the Recordings section of a Meeting room and can be moved to the Content library by placing a check in the box to the left of the recording then selecting the Move To Folder button. Then you can browse to the desired Content folder and click Move.
If you could attach a screen shot of the recording and it's placement in the Connect library, that would help.
Oh, that's no good! You may need to use an API call. It would look something like this (you should be logged in as an Admin to do this):
http ://youraccount.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=sco-move&sco-id=SCO ID for your recording&folder-id=SCO ID for the desired folder in the Content Library
