Then Check if you are getting coresync not responding error.
Quit Coresyc from Activity Monitor also quit creative cloud desktop
then relaunch and check.

sam.am Nov 10, 2014 7:30 AM (in response to CSC-Julie)If not working,Quit Creative Cloud desktop and Coresync from Activity Monitor.
Then, Click on Finder and then hold Command + Shift + G keys on your keypad
It will open Go to folder window, type exactly ~/Library and click on Go
Then open Application Support > Adobe folders
Then rename coresync to coresyncold and check
