Adobe Content Viewer not displaying my folio?

I have logged into Content Viewer and my folio isn't showing up. Did something change? I just did this the week of 10/20/14 and it worked just fine. I updated the app and still doesn't show folio.

Are you sure you are logged in using the same account you used in Folio Builder Panel?
Did you upload the folio in Folio Builder Panel?
Is the folio in a size that is supported by your device? The iOS Adobe Content Viewer will only show certain folio sizes (1024x768, 2048x1538, etc.)

Removing and reinstalling the ACV app fixed the problem.

My Adobe Content Viewer is completely empty. It doesn't matter which account I log into, no folios are ever displayed. This includes folios which were produced and published long ago (and showed up in ACV last week).

I have verified that the folios exist in the account. They show up in the Folio Builder panel in InDesign and in the Folio Producer online. They just will not load in ACV.

I tried on a iPad using WiFi. I also tried on an iPhone over LTE (to eliminate local network issues). Still nothing for ANY account (I tried 5 different ones).

I completely removed the app on both devices (through Usage->Manage Storage->Delete App). Then re-downloaded from Apple Store (v 32.3.0). Still nothing.

I installed a proxy service and watched the responses from the Adobe servers. I do see XML being returned with the folios and their data, so it seems to be an ACV issue.

Are the folios published in a size that is correct for the device? What pixel size did you make them?

Yes, they are the correct size. As I said, folios produced and published long ago (and have been viewed through ACV) are not showing up either. Nothing is showing up at all.

Since I deleted the app, the only thing showing up is the standard, included "The Adobe Content Viewer" folio. I can't get anything else to show up no matter which account or device.

Ok. Try calling enterprise support for assistance then. Log into http://digitalpublishing.actobat.com/ and look in the bottom middle of the screen for contact info.

I have an old iPad still running iOS 6 and ACV 31.0.0. It shows the folios properly.

Seems to be a problem with ACV 32+.

I was able to get mine to work after i deleted and reinstalled the ACV app, SHUT DOWN THE iPAD, restart and then it worked. Good luck!

OK, rebooting the devices has fixed the problem. I've updated ACV many, many times and never had to do that. Apparently completely deleting and reinstalling the app was not enough.

Thanks MABury. I saw your "shut down" post after I already tried everything under the sun.
