Flash Player Won't Install

Upgraded to System 7 service pack 1 from Vista service pack 2 & ADOBE Flash Player stopped working. Running Internet Explorer 11. Uninstalled Flash Playerx & tried to install Flash Player 15. Got "Error Failed to register". Tried to install again & got "Error Application currently in use"

Anyone encounter these errors & able to fix?@@@
