You can see from Document Properties that it was made with Acrobat Pro Extended 9.3.0. But I would think Acrobat Pro XI would work. But what aspect of this file particularly interests you? It seems a very inconvenient way to deliver a statement, especially as it does not work in so many apps, or on tablets.

Or is it the tabbed appearance of the portfolio cover which interests you? I think this might be made with Flash Builder. Very bad choice, to use Flash, in my opinion. Portfolios can't always be edited. Did you go to the link I posted? Perhaps this has the materials to make this sort of thing.

I think you are mistaken - partly. But I know why. I exported the one attached file, and it is indeed made with LiveCycle ES. But the cover page, the bit with the tabs - that cannot be exported, or edited, or examined, and from what I can see it looks like Flash.

LiveCycle Designer is NOT a server. It is a client app. LiveCycle is a whole family of products, be sure you know which one you need.
